Did a self portrait. It took about an hour. Here is the process edited down into two and a half minutes. Maybe I should have stopped earlier (?) but fuck it. Go!
man i gotta say something bout how good this came out. this is waaaaaaaaaaay better than the stuff you been posting on the group blog. not to be mean or anything, i just think this self portrait stuff is way better than some of the stuff you've been posting. lay off trying to get style or anything. forget the crazy colors. just learn to draw good first before trying to find a style. take your time with the line work. lay off the hard edges like on your lips. rock the values and just keep going man. this is a big big step in your progression compared to your other pieces. just keep going man!
