Great - The Tryforz
Great By The Tryforz by dmtspeck
Yo. When I made this, it was 2008. Even though I worked on it solo, it still went under the artist name of The Tryforz and the album is titled The Invisible Step. I remember that I wanted to mix like everything that I could think of fitting into the song at the time.

The Empire AND You 2 - Track 9
The Empire & You 2 - Track 9 by dmtspeck
Yo. I made this album sometime in late 2009. I was doing a lot of very experimental stuff and playing lots of different instruments by myself.

Yo. This song is really old. I recorded it years ago using this program called Riffworks. This song gets pretty wild. I don't think it's that bad considering how much I feel that I have improved since then.

G Minor
G MINOR by dmtspeck
I did this a couple weeks ago but I just put it onto cd then onto the computer and did all that fancy conversion-ness to get it onto soundcloud and the blog. SO enjoy. IN OTHER NEWS...the digi-recorder has this plastic scrolling piece...and it is now dysfunctional which practically renders the device USELESS as there is NO WAY to perform certain actions such as audio scrubbing, scrolling easily through tracks, SELECTING VIRTUAL TRACKS FOR MIXING(!!!!HUGE!!!) and lots of other stuff. SO...GIANT SAD FACE.

In-N-Out Motion Gfx Assignment

YO. So I have this Computer Animation Studio class and I need to assemble a logo somehow. I decided I would try to use Autodesk Maya and Adobe After Effects. This is what I have so far...A rough playblast of the camera move I was creating in Maya, a couple of mental ray render pics and a picture of the vectorized logo done in Adobe Illustrator. Damn, crossing programs like crazy now. I didn't "design" the logos or anything, that's all copyright/trademark/belongs to In-N-Out/ I don't think I can get sued for this kind of stuff. Hahaha.
On a side note, I'm listening to Vicarious Atonement by The Mars Volta. I forgot how awesome these old albums are.

Dead Milkmen!
I remember when I didn't record video of myself playing guitar. Or when I didn't record audio either. I must have sucked really bad because I watch and listen to myself and I still suck so what the hell. This song was tough though, but I am glad I finally did it and uploaded it. I need to start posting more of this stuff man! Balancing things out and just getting stuff done! I am spreading myself out and what I need right now is focus! So it feels good to get some fun stuff out of the way so I can get back to work instead of feeling burnt out.

Nujabes Lady Brown Featuring Cise Star
If you have never heard of Nujabes, you should check his music out. Unfortunately, he passed away very recently in an accident but his music is beautiful. I cannot get enough of this song right now!
